Position Overview:

Ashley Smith-Brown is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Clinical Data Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the clinical data management process, ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical trial data. If you are a dedicated professional with a strong background in clinical data management and a passion for driving excellence in research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical trial data.
• Lead and mentor a team of clinical data managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in the execution of their responsibilities.
• Continuously assess and enhance data management processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Implement best practices and industry standards in clinical data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Programming, to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Address and resolve data discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry standards for clinical data management.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of clinical data professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
