Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Seminar Curriculum Developer. The primary responsibility of this role is to reorganize and align our seminar curriculum with the class schedules and our college and career programming goals, ensuring a cohesive and integrated learning experience for our students. The role will be hourly worked paid out by a stipend, with two separate opportunities to design and organize content, middle school (5th and 8th) and high school (9/10th).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate the current seminar curriculum and class schedules.
- Develop and implement strategies to reorganize and align the curriculum with class schedules and our college and career programming goals alongside school leaders.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the curriculum meets educational standards and aligns with college and career readiness objectives.
- Identify gaps and redundancies in the current curriculum and propose improvements that support career and college readiness.
- Create detailed curriculum maps and timelines for each grade level, incorporating college and career programming elements
This role will pay $25/hour with total number of hours agreed to at the beginning of the commitment as outlined by the scope of work.
