School Nurse Full Time Contract 72 per hour

Boston Speech Therapy is currently hiring for the position of 1:1 School Nurse on a full-time contract basis. As a School Nurse, you will be responsible for providing personalized nursing care and support to a single student. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care and support to the assigned student
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess and respond to medical emergencies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized health plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records

Requirements

• Valid nursing license with current CPR and First Aid certification
• Prior experience working as a School Nurse or in a similar healthcare setting
• Knowledge of pediatric health conditions and treatments
• Ability to assess and respond to medical emergencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Benefits

none- This is a 1099 contract position. $70 -72 per hour
