About the role
Builder.ai is seeking a skilled Salesforce & Sales Systems Admin to optimize our sales systems, primarily Salesforce, and third party tools utilized by our sales team such as Gong, Salesloft and sales prospecting tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce administration, a deep understanding of CRM best practices, proficiency in a broad range of sales tools. This role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and user adoption of our CRM and sales technologies to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
You'll be responsibilities for
- Salesforce System Management:
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce and other sales systems to meet business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within the Salesforce platform
- Implement and manage integrations with other business systems as needed
- CRM Strategy and Optimization:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product & engineering to understand business processes and identify opportunities for CRM optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance user adoption and utilization of the CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve CRM processes and systems
- System Enhancements and Upgrades:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and upgrades
- Coordinate with business engineering and development teams to implement changes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Sales Technology Enablement:
- Support the onboarding and continuous training of end users on Salesforce and other sales tools, partnering with third party vendors as needed
- Track systems usage and adoption and manage user licenses, including purchasing new licenses and reallocating existing licenses internally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Developer are preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and best practices
- Proficiency with best in class sales technologies and their integration with the CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Excellent task management and prioritization skills. Demonstrated experience in providing support to sales technology users across multiple regions and time zones
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision making and process improvement
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable
