Full Job Description

The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of sales order transactions, inventory tracking, customer invoicing, and accounts receivables for the US and Austrian company.  Secondary responsibilities will also include assisting with accounts payable functions, maintaining customer and vendor files, and assisting with office administration duties. This position will report to the Financial Controller.

Requirements

Base Qualifications:

  • Associate/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • Experience with standard office operations and equipment  
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with PC & Mac 
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • High attention to detail, organized, punctual, resourceful, flexible
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and proactively on multiple projects

Other Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in sales support functions
  • Experience with accounts receivable/payable
  • Fluency in German or Spanish is a plus
