Scope of Role

The Sales Operations team’ main priority is to support our go-to-market teams in achieving our growth goals. You will report directly to our Head of Sales Operations & Strategy supporting a global sales organization and partnering with several team members including Sales, Finance, Customer Services, Business Systems and Legal.

As a Renewals Analyst, you will:

  • Ensure strict adherence to the renewals process, including timelines, documentation, and approvals.
  • Manage pipeline forecast of customer renewals through the entire renewal lifecycle to include: track opportunities, manage risk, prepare and deliver quotes, and negotiations.
  • Engage with Small and Mid-sized Business (SMB) accounts via email, phone calls, and other communication channels, recording interactions in Salesforce.
  • Interface with customers to resolve process issues around purchase orders, payment.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for sales opportunity distribution, tracking and forecasting while maintaining accurate and detailed notes for all renewal progression
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and, collaborate with the sales specialist  to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed retention and growth targets to contribute to our success.

You will have:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a Sales Operations or a Renewals Analyst role
  • High proficiency in Salesforce, and Excel
  • Good understanding of SaaS/subscription-based renewals models
  • Experience with CPQ (configure, price, quote) tools
  • Completer/finisher attitude to working through to the final resolution
  • Dynamic and able to work at pace on multiple deals at once
