Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse license
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or adult foster care
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of electronic health record systems
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • conducting regular health assessments
    • educating caregivers on medical care protocols
    • ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
