Recruiter - Massachusetts

Professional PT is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and selecting top talent for various positions within the New England region of our organization. You will play a vital role in managing the entire recruitment process and ensuring a strong pool of qualified candidates for our Massachusetts office.

Requirements

·        Collaborate with hiring managers to identify position requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.

·        Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels.

·        Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

·        Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

·        Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the HR Director on candidate selection and assessment.

·        Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

·        Stay updated on current recruitment trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent.

·        Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.

·        Attend career fairs and other recruitment events to promote our organization and engage with prospective candidates.
