Dew Software, a renowned player in the software development industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Dew Software, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the successful execution of software projects. With a focus on Agile methodologies, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery adheres to quality standards, scope, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of successfully managing projects of various sizes and scopes.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in executing project tasks and deliverables
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
- Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to clients and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project management or any other science discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the medical device sector or a similarly regulated industry.
- Have a solid understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and other pertinent regulations and standards.
- Prior experience at a manufacturing site is advantageous but not mandatory.
- MES experience is highly desirable.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work in both independent and collaborative team settings. Be prepared to engage onsite with a diverse cross-functional team, including Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Marketing departments.
