Experience:
- Current MA Nurse Home Administrator’s license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, with specific experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in long-term care administration.
Requirements
Active/Current License as Nursing Home Administrator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Bachelor's Degree
