Role
We are looking to hire for a part-time dynamic role in our team. If you are a registered dental hygienist, dental insurance coordinator or an experienced dental office manager who wants to contribute to building a dental practice, we would love to know more about you. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing insights as we work towards a solution that will impact several patient lives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental practice management and a keen interest in conducting research, with a passion for advancing knowledge in the field of dentistry. The research you conduct will contribute towards building a high quality solution for the oral market in USA.Details:
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Location: Remote, but only for US-based candidates
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in dental research and incorporate new findings into ongoing projects
- Do comprehensive research to gather business and market intelligence
- Analyze data and convert it to insights that can be used to improve overall performance
- Arrive at solutions to problems by actively engaging with key stakeholders
- Mentor and supervise research assistants and junior researchers
Requirements
You should apply if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in a US dental clinic (Massachusetts and New York preferred) in any of the following roles dental hygienist, office manager, practice manager, front-desk manager, receptionist, clinical coordinator or insurance coordinator
- You are curious about development in the oral health space in USA
- You have a proven ability to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- You have a strong background knowledge and understanding of US dental landscape and oral health space
- You are familiar with dental insurance claims procedures, verification processes, and billing protocols (preferred, but not required)
