About the role:
We are looking for a part-time Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repair.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Greet and check in visitors and vendors as required, directing them to the appropriate person as needed.
- Troubleshoot any office issues and escalate to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Develop and manage relationships with catering sites for company lunches and events.
- Ensure office and operations security by maintaining office keys.
- Provide human resources support and miscellaneous administrative project support as necessary.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Filing and organizing records, and other important company documentation.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate recipients.
- Company Event planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver
- Flexible, confident, and driven toward results
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work 3-5 days on-site in Rockland, MA
