Full Job Description
Why?
If you 've asked yourself once or twice "why did we stop doing that anyway?" or "don't we have a tracker for that?", you are not alone! As we've moved through the post-pandemic rubble toward that elusive vision (only a fraction of our team still holds) we've all had critical observations and insights that will help us plan to lead the year ahead with even more clarity and direction about who Veritas is and what we do (and don't do!) that makes the difference for our students.
How
With a team of 6-8 teacher and staff members from across the middle school, with a variety of different positions, tenures, and perspectives, we want to sharpen our lens around the areas of our school and team that need the most attention as we aim to get back to that well oiled machine we once were, with everyone rowing in the same direction. These teachers and staff members will meet with school leadership to discuss how we can improve our educational programming.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in focus groups and interviews about Veritas.
- Review a collection of information from students, families, and other staff members.
- Utilize current and past data to analyze school trends.
- Make recommendations to school leaders for key levers to school improvement.
