Compound Growth Marketing is looking for a Media Operations Manager who will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, implementation and management of custom media campaigns, including budget and invoice management, gathering of assets, traffic instructions and the creation of ad serving tags. We are looking for a team member with the ability to effectively assist on multiple projects, and must have a strong understanding of the systems and tasks involved in campaign implementation and execution, as well as the media planning and buying process. Additionally, this team member should have a creative and entrepreneurial drive and be excited to work in a fast paced environment while thinking quickly on their feet.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all tagging, tracking, delivery and reporting of campaigns.
- Management of communication between the Agency and media partners.
- Follow-up with production and media in regard to posting and rotation status, both before and after campaign is live.
- Manage day-to-day billing projects including:
- Collection of vendor invoices
- Monthly billing management
- Inputting media plans into billing systems
- Monthly budget actualizations
- Client Authorizations and Vendor Insertion Orders
- Create and manage Client Authorizations and Vendor Insertion Orders
- Review billing rates and fees in the billing system to ensure agreement with contractual terms and conditions
- Assist, as needed, to complete month close process for billing including the finalizing of billing with digital vendors, gathering all invoices and sharing with Billing contact
- Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance client and product knowledge as it relates to accounting billing processes
- Proactively communicate any concerns or issues with the media campaigns/executions.
- Actively managing the campaign flight.
- Continuous QA of the active campaigns and tracking.
- Collaborate with the Advanced Analytics team to develop and update all reporting/measurement.
- Provide troubleshooting support for media accounts, enable and improve communication between disciplines, and liaise across offices to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with new client onboarding or transition plans on an as-needed basis, providing clear direction on account set-up needs related to budget management and billing workflows.
- Review ATBs (Authorizations To Buy) to ensure budget and legal compliance standards are met.
Requirements
- 2+ years of agency experience.
- Strong organization, data management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
- Understands the value and challenges of working in a fast integrated agency environment.
- Is resourceful, self-motivated, independent, organized with multi-tasking capabilities.
- Has persuasive written and verbal communication, as well as strong presentation skills.
- Has strong attention to detail with mix of quantitative and analytical skills.
- Computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google suite of applications.
- Knowledge of Prisma (MediaOcean) or other media buying or billing platforms a must-have.
- Hands-on experience overseeing media billing and/or media reconciliation workflows is a must have.
