Tiny Spoon Chef is actively looking for a Marketing Manager to become a integral part of our team. As the Marketing Manager for our esteemed personal chef company, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and elevate our market presence. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketer who thrives in a dynamic, culinary-driven environment. We are a small but mighty team, working to continue our growth in the coming years.

Wage: Starting at $70,000 (BOE)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a flexible start and end time. This is a hybrid position meaning some in-person and at-home work. New England location is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives, focusing on both short-term tactical execution and long-term strategic growth.
- Cultivate and maintain our brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase conversion rates.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that engages and educates our audience, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and other relevant materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on marketing activities.
- Collaborate with our Client Success Team
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in a marketing role, ideally within the food and or professional services.
- Ability to analyze data to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Must be proficient in HubSpot
- Must have B2C experience and inbound marketing
Travel requirement:
- Up to 15% travel
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in using design software such as Canva.
- Intermediate/Expert level of proficiency using Hubspot Marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and multiple social media platforms.
- Proficient in utilizing project management systems like Asana to effectively manage assignments and project flows, ensuring prompt delivery.
- A passion for food and culinary arts, with a creative flair for storytelling and brand building.
