Role Summary:
Part-time 14-week long hybrid internship opportunity within our Candello department to aid in the development of Marketing and Communications projects. Learn about marketing technologies and event planning, and develop social media marketing skills. Candello is a rapidly growing national medical malpractice data collaborative, and is a division of the Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard-affiliated medical institutions. This role will support the Vice President of Candello, and will work directly with our Member Services Coordinator and the company’s Marketing and Communications team.
Key Duties & Accountabilities
- Event Management – Learn from and provide support to the Candello Member Services Coordinator in preparing for the annual Candello customer summit in September.
- Marketing/Sales Support – Receive training on the HubSpot marketing and sales platform and provide administrative support to the VP of Candello for sales efforts.
- Communications – Learn from and provide support to the CRICO Communications team for social media and outbound marketing.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:
- College Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Communications, or similar.
- Demonstrated knowledge in new/advanced technology (Ex. Social Media platforms, Project Management tools, etc.)
- Awareness/familiarity with HubSpot preferred (training of platform provided)
- Demonstrated time management and communication skills
- Previous internship experience preferred
This internship requires a 14-week commitment of up to 30 hours per week starting on May 20th, 2024. The position is hybrid, offering a flexible schedule.
Candidate must reside in MA, CT, NH, RI or ME.
