Full Job Description
We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic skilled nursing facility in Orleans, MA.
As the Marketing Assistant you’ll work with our fantastic in-house team and our Corporate Marketing Team to assist in developing and then execute and implement the marketing initiatives for the center. We offer competitive weekly pay.
- Build professional relationships with key hospital personnel, case workers and more
- Acts as liaison between facility and community groups and agencies
- Works with Corporate Marketing Team to develop and implement facility marketing initiatives
- Utilize appropriate sales/marketing techniques such as, but not limited to: Community workshops, Cold Calling, Facility Events, Media Coverage
- Represent the facility in community marketing and networking events
- Maintain a log of all referrals utilizing currently available software
- Initiate and provide ongoing management of media contracts and invoice payments
- Conduct marketing meetings with management team
- Provide marketing data for monthly QAPI meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S in Marketing/Sales or a related field or experience
