As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest quality of resident care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, including financial management, staff recruitment and development, quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and the community.
Requirements
- Current, valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of [state].
- Minimum of [number] years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
