Licensed Nursing Home Administrator-Center for Extended Care at Amherst

EF Senior Care is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for the Center for Extended Care at Amherst.

As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the facility, ensuring the highest quality of resident care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The Center for Extended Care at Amherst is a reputable and well-established skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to its residents. Having just passed it's annual DPH survey with great results, it is ready for an Administrator to take it to the next level

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, including financial management, staff recruitment and development, quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and the community.

Requirements

• Current, valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to nursing home operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and maintaining high quality of care.
