Key Responsibilities

• Source prospective candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals.
• Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and methods is a plus.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and social media.
