Interim Administrator for Windemere Nursing Center Martha's Vineyard

EF Senior Care is currently seeking an Interim Administrator for home Windemere Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Martha's Vineyard. Free Housing Included.

As the Interim Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the facility on a temporary basis. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, manage the staff, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents and contribute to the success of the facility. Housing will be provided during the duration of the assignment.

Requirements

• Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to nursing home operations.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a temporary role.
