Health Coach

Heritage Home Service is seeking a dedicated Health Coach to empower individuals to achieve and maintain their health and wellness goals. This role involves creating personalized health plans and motivating clients through guidance, support, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their health needs and goals

Develop customized wellness plans tailored to individual lifestyles and preferences

Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to encourage adherence to their health plans

Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their plans as needed

Educate clients on nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle choices

Requirements

Certified Health Coach or equivalent qualification

Experience in health and wellness coaching, nutrition, or related field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to motivate and inspire clients towards their goals

Knowledge of fitness assessment and exercise program design

Proficient in using digital tools for coaching and client management
