What you’ll do:
As Head of Revenue Operations at Starry, you will be directly responsible for developing and executing revenue operations strategies aimed at fostering growth and operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue processes, enhancing billing operations, and driving revenue growth initiatives. You will be responsible for managing billing processes, streamlining sales operations, and ensuring effective collaboration between sales, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue operations and revenue collections strategies to drive growth and enhance efficiency
- Own the structuring of deals, negotiating terms, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets
- Take ownership for assessing individual revenue opportunities, making decisive judgments based on financial objections and customer needs
- Collaborate with senior leadership to adjust pricing strategies and metrics based on market feedback and performance goals
- Oversee the revenue collection process, address any issues with the current process, and implement new processes to improve efficiency
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to sales and marketing teams to ensure operational best practices are being followed and ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge for effective execution to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Bridge the gap between Finance and Sales & Marketing teams to emphasize the importance of key financial objectives and serve as single point of contact for sales inquiries
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to develop revenue forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
Requirements
- 8-10 years of proven experience in revenue operations or sales operations within a technology company
- Experience owning the end-to-end revenue and billing operations process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive change and innovation

Salary range of $160,000 to $200,000. Final salary will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and training.
