Our game-based program is transforming the way kids learn to read, especially those at risk for dyslexia. We’ve partnered with top experts to create engaging, science-backed tools that empower families to support their child’s reading journey. 

Sprout Labs is backed by leading venture firms including Lobby, Flare and Reach Capital, has product on market and customer evangelists. Now, we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to help us scale our impact and reach even more families. 

The Role: 

As our Marketing Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. You'll own the entire marketing strategy, from ideation to execution, lead the charge in acquiring new users, keeping them engaged, and driving revenue. It's a high-impact role for a high-energy marketer. 

What You'll Do: 

● Own the Growth Machine: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. 

● Hack the Funnel: Master performance marketing to optimize every step of the customer journey, from awareness to conversion. 

● Data-Driven Decisions: Use data as your superpower to make informed decisions and constantly iterate on your strategies. 

● Parent Whisperer: Understand the unique needs and desires of parents and craft compelling messages that resonate. 

● Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with our talented team to create a seamless, integrated marketing experience.
