Cramer Health is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.
As a Graphic Designer at Cramer Health, you will work closely with our team of art directors, creative directors, strategists and copywriters to develop and execute designs. Your work will serve clients in the pharmaceutical space and their key audiences, including patients and healthcare professionals. This role requires a designer who is strategically minded and creatively driven, with exceptional attention to detail. Experience designing for the healthcare industry is a definite plus.
This role requires 4 days/week in office in Norwood, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality design, from concept through production
- Collaborate with and support AD/CD on large projects and campaigns
- Work iteratively with copywriters and program managers, managing feedback and expectations
- Manage multiple rounds of revisions in a complex regulatory process
- Maintain strong attention to detail, accountability and follow-through
- Design across various brand guidelines while exploring innovative solutions
- Translate complex information into approachable and engaging designs
- Adapt designs for a range of media, including print, digital, social and presentation
- Confidently present creative concepts to peers, leadership and clients
- Design production work for print and digital
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional design experience.
- BFA/BA in Graphic Design or a similar field.
- A portfolio highlighting a strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout)
- Experience working iteratively within a diverse team and managing feedback and expectations.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Proficiency in Acrobat, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in quality presentation design.
- Understanding of UX and UI design principles.
- An ability to have fun while working hard in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding design within the healthcare landscape is a plus.
