• Passionate about the mission of Good Sports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 software applications and technology with a willingness to learn CRM software
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
