ERP Project / Program Manager

Location: Cambridge, MA (Hyrbrid)

Zifo is looking for a Senior Project/ Program Manager experience in ERP implementation. This person will be responsible for supporting an ERP implementation for Supply Chain, Lab and Manufacturing Operations (PharmSci & Cell Therapy Manufacturing.

Requirements

• Analyze business requirements and develop tailored ERP solutions to integrate existing systems seamlessly. This effort includes ERP implementation for PharmSci and Cell Therapies Clinical Manufacturing.

• Support PAS-X Implementation & Systems Interconnectivity • Implement ERP for Cell therapies end to end and Assess for Pharm Sci

• Prototype ERP implementation for Pharm Sci

• Expansion of ERP Implementation • Enhanced ERP Functionality

• Experience in projects involved in multiple Systems Integration preferably including 3rd party COTS products

Desired Competencies: 

• Agile experience – agile coaching, scrum master, SAFe
• Product experience
• Working experience with Productivity tools such as VISIO, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project
• Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences or IT field is mandatory
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Technology Consultant/Project Manager
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Customer/Client focused delivery model & Global solution deployment, preferably in the pharmaceutical /Life sciences industry
• Previous Experience with large scale implementation of Cloud based COTS systems
