Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join our team. As an Endodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues related to the dental pulp and nerve of the tooth. Your expertise in this specialized field will help our patients maintain healthy, pain-free smiles.

As an Endodontist, you will perform root canal therapy, retreatment of previous root canals, and surgical root canal procedures. You will also collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to provide comprehensive care for our patients. Additionally, you will use advanced technologies, such as digital imaging and 3D imaging, to accurately diagnose and treat dental conditions.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Your strong communication skills and ability to explain complex dental procedures to patients in a clear and compassionate manner will be essential in building trust and ensuring patient comfort.

Responsibilities

  • Perform root canal therapy, retreatment of previous root canals, and surgical root canal procedures
  • Diagnose and treat dental issues related to the dental pulp and nerve of the tooth
  • Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to provide comprehensive care
  • Use advanced technologies, such as digital imaging and 3D imaging, to accurately diagnose and treat dental conditions
  • Develop treatment plans and explain them to patients in a clear and compassionate manner
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary
  • Stay current with the latest advancements and techniques in endodontics through continuing education

Requirements

  • Degree in Dentistry from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program
  • Current state dental license
  • Board certification or eligibility for board certification in endodontics
  • Excellent knowledge of dental anatomy and physiology
  • Proficiency in using advanced dental technologies, such as digital imaging and 3D imaging
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex dental procedures to patients in a clear and compassionate manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other dental professionals
  • Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in endodontics
