Position Overview: Are you looking to dive into a new teaching adventure and/or provide essential support to our students? We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for you to take on an additional course assignment for extra compensation! This initiative aims to enrich our curriculum offerings and provide valuable assistance to students in need.

Responsibilities:

• Teach additional sections of elective courses or supervise credit recovery courses as needed.
• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans for elective courses.
• Provide individualized support and instruction to students enrolled in credit recovery to help them meet graduation requirements.
• Monitor and support students’ productivity as they independently work on credit recovery tasks.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance for these additional courses.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and administration regarding student progress and course updates.

Offer Options:

1. Elective Courses:

• Propose an elective course of your choosing that merges your enthusiasm with student engagement.
• Each selected elective course instructor will receive a compensation of $6,000 per section/semester.
• Two elective course sections are available each semester.

• Oversee a section of credit recovery, where your role will involve monitoring student productivity as they independently work on credit recovery tasks.
• Compensation for credit recovery supervision is $4,000 per section/semester.
• Two sections of credit recovery supervision are available each semester.
