Director of Manufacturing - Boston

Liam Newton has partnered with a rapidly expanding Biotechnology company based in the Boston area who are looking for a Manufacturing Director to lead the manufacturing operations through drug development.

You would be responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the manufacturing operations, where you would be ensuring the efficient and effective production of products that meet all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

-Ensure compliance with all FDA requirements.

-Lead and develop a high performing manufacturing team.

-Develop cost saving manufacturing processes.

Requirements

-BSc or higher in Engineering, manufacturing or a related field.

-5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
