Full Job Description
The SSCI Products Division is seeking a Director of Army Business Development (DABD) to identify, qualify and capture an opportunity pipeline for SSCI’s technologies and products. The DABD will be a member of the Products Division Leadership Team (PDLT), reporting to the VP of Business Development.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with the Army and SOCOM customer, participate in Government Industry Days, analyze budgets, and attend tradeshows to gather information on upcoming programs, funding, and government priorities.
- Synthesize gathered information and present the PDLT with a succinct summary of the opportunities over the next 1-5 years.
- Work with the PLT to inform IRAD investments, recommend partnerships to increase probabilities of win and to help grow the Business Development team as the division and company grow.
- This position will require frequent travel.
Requirements
- 10+ years business development and/or Active Duty/Guard/Reserve experience in the Army Defense Industry.
- Experience with the DFAR/FAR
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business or marketing
- Experience with capture of large DOD programs
- Existing relationship with the Army Acquisition, Budget, and Program Execution decision makers.

- Ability to summarize information at an executive level
