We are currently seeking a highly motivated and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

As Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. You will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans, managing patient communication, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to follow-up. Your expertise in dental procedures, insurance, financing options and patient care will be essential in helping our practice thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other dental professionals.
  • Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients.
  • Help them with financing of treatment as need.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dental practice’s calendar.
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist patients with insurance claims and payment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensure compliance with all dental practice policies and procedures.

Full Time: Mon - Friday, 8:30 - 5:30

PTO, Health and Dental Benefits; paid training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

  • Dental office: 2 years (Required)
  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, financing and insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
