Position Description

As a Data Scientist at TherapyNotes, you'll build and grow our data science team, using ML and LLM technologies to uncover insights from our large datasets to improve patient outcomes and user experiences. You'll work on developing predictive models, data mining algorithms, and statistical analyses, and integrate these solutions into our software. Your work will be key to achieving our data-driven goals and providing innovative healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working as a data scientist or equivalent role. 
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in health IT or working with software products in the healthcare industry.
• Applied experience utilizing Cloud base tools such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
• Proficient with Python and one or more of the following programming languages: R, C#, Java, SQL, Scala Julia.
• Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning/Deep Learning algorithms.
• Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading, data visualization, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models, data mining algorithms and statistical analyses.
• Leverage ML and LLM technologies to draw insights from data.
• Communicate data-driven insights to key decision makers and stakeholders effectively.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of data collection systems and data quality to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and performance metrics to improve our products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends, tools, and methodologies.
