FreightPlus is seeking an energetic and motivated Brokerage Customer Sales Representative In these roles, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for the Company's brokerage services business. This position focuses entirely on developing new business opportunities. Candidates must be self-starters who have demonstrated experience successfully prospecting new business utilizing effective solution selling strategies. Must have experience consistently achieving results by following a defined sales process while continuing to learn and develop new skills in an exciting, dynamic complex and changing marketplace. You should also have strong time management skills fueled by a sense of urgency.
Requirements
- 6 months+ of sales development experience in a B2B environment
- Must be able to work full time in our N. Quincy, MA office.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Previous work in Logistics Industry sales is a plus.
- Previous telephone experience a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success.
- Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored.
- Possess a hunter’s mentality prospecting for new business
- Experience with or ability to learn applications such as Microsoft Office, Zoho, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
- BS, BA degree or equivalent.
