Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, following recipes and guidelines
• Ensure that all food items are cooked to the desired level of doneness and meet quality standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and ensure timely service
• Assist in developing and refining menus, considering dietary restrictions and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and cooking stations
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Flexibility in schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with kitchen staff
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Pay:

$21 per hour
