Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling to clients facing psychological challenges.
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and reports in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay current with research and best practices in psychology to inform clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with external agencies or healthcare providers when necessary to support client outcomes.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- MA state licensure as a clinical psychologist.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients' needs.
