Cain Hibbard & Myers PC is in Western Massachusetts. We are looking for candidates who are smart, ambitious, motivated, hard-working, and who love practicing law with like-minded colleagues.
Our business lawyers enjoy an unusually sophisticated practice that includes entity formation, commercial lending, bond transactions, historic tax credits, and mergers and acquisitions. We also have an active real estate development practice. Candidates must enjoy drafting, attention to detail, and regularly exceeding client expectations.

Requirements
Qualified candidates should be an
- active member of the Massachusetts bar,
- a self-starter with strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, and
- be able to manage multiple assignments.
Qualified candidates should also possess the following skills:
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, legal documents, and during due diligence.
- Problem Solving: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal and financial issues in real estate transactions.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle deadlines and manage a busy caseload.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, legal environments, and client needs.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff within the firm.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with legal software, databases, and other tools used for document management, research, and client communication. Software we look for candidates to be proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
