About the company
We are hiring for an MSO (Managed Services Organization) launched for US psychiatry practices backed by W Health Ventures, a $100M Boston based VC fund and incubated by 2070 Health, a healthcare focused venture studio.
Through this MSO we are improving operations, patient outcomes and growth of Psychiatric Practices in the US. We are also introducing fully managed novel therapies like Ketamine and TMS to Psychiatric by managing growth and revenue cycle management for these therapies.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential providers after completing appropriate research in target geographies
- Conduct extensive online and offline outreach campaigns to connect with potential providers
- Develop strong relationships with prospective providers, while maintaining existing relationships with providers and other stakeholders, as needed
- Proactively lead the process of creating appropriate proposals for current and potential providers
- Negotiate contract terms with providers and communicate expectations with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
- Become a subject matter expert on psychiatry, and especially for novel therapies like TMS and Ketamine
- Use sophisticated financial metrics to track sales performance and monitor sales progress to improve sales
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. and contribute actively to managing P&L
Requirements
- Should be based in USA and open to travel across the country
- Demonstrable experience in business development together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience, of which at least 7-8 years should be in the USA healthcare industry, ideally in behavioral health
- Proven record of sales growth with healthcare clients
- Excellent communication skills with strong grasp on making presentations and ability to manage time effectively
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Educational background in business, sales, marketing, or finance
