Cramer Account Supervisors are seasoned team members who maintain strong relationships with our longest standing or fastest growing clients. Account Supervisors have robust client management skills, can juggle the demands of cross-functional team members, and align tactics with the overall account strategy. They manage a diverse account portfolio and are eager to build their strategic chops to better advise our clients.
This is a fully in-office role in Norwood, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own up to 6 mid to large-sized client relationships, partnering with Account Leadership when applicable to nurture and grow the account
- Ensures the team and work output is in alignment to overall project objectives and business strategy
- Manage expectations and work nimbly around ever-changing deadlines
- Act as consistent advocate for the client’s best interest in all internal discussions
- Own all account financials including contracts, budgets, change orders, invoices and communication of revenue to internal teams, with minimal supervision from senior management
- Drive client retention while seeking opportunities for growth
- Ensure all final deliverables meet the quality and expectations of the agency and the client
- Partner with the Finance Department and Account Leadership on annual forecasting, with the ability to speak to changes as the year progresses.
- Manage complex accounts with little support, engaging senior leadership when necessary
Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of demonstrated agency experience in Account Management, Strategy, Sales or a similar client facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, communications, or relevant field. Master’s degree a plus
- Self-aware and innate ability to read the room
- Ability to maintain professional composure in all client interactions
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical thinking, capable of using advanced problem-solving techniques
- Strong presentation skills
- Proactively anticipate changes or issues
- Manages complex accounts with minimal supervision
