We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our 'Go-to-Market Dream Team'. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact.

Our ideal candidate is not only adept at building outstanding relationships but is also passionate about fostering employee engagement and empowerment, contributing to positive change on a global scale.

Please note: We welcome candidates who are willing to relocate to Lisbon independently.

What you'll be doing:

We’re in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients,  ultimately leading to a lasting impact on their people, culture, and organizational performance. 

You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, working closely with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional results. 

What you'll need to succeed: 

  • Have a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role in a SaaS business
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales 
  • Previous experience selling to People, Culture (HR), and Learning, and Development buyers
  • Have a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Technical and complex sales acumen with a flexible approach to consultative selling  
  • Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth 
  • Strong ability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs and performance goals
  • Evidence of outstanding communication capabilities across all client touchpoints
  • Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written

What you’ll get:

  • $75,000 to $100,000 + commission + equity.
  • Hybrid working model: 2 days remote, 3 days in our Boston office. We currently don't have a Boston office, so for the interim period, this will be a remote role.
  • Plenty of room for growth as our ambitious team grows too.
  • Access to your professional coach via our app.
  • Regular training and development.
