3rd to 5th M&A Litigation Associate

Direct Counsel has partnered with a premier, internationally recognized law firm in their search for a 3rd to 5th year associate to join the M&A and Private Equity Litigation group. The ideal candidate has experience with GAAP, auditing private or public financial statements, and high-stakes disputes.

The position offers career growth and working directly with senior members of the group and expert witnesses on matters involving indemnification claims, fraud claims, earn-out disputes, and a variety of significant portfolio company litigation.

Requirements

• a J.D. and CPA License are required. Candidates without a CPA license will not be considered
• Outstanding academic credential and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Law firm experience
• experience with GAAP, auditing private or public financial statements, and high stakes disputes

Benefits

The expected annual pay range for this position is $250,000 to $325,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
