1:1 School Nurse for one student. 65-67 per hour

Boston Speech Therapy is currently hiring for the position of School Nurse. As a School Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care and support to one student in a school setting. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• 1:1 school nurse for a little girl with brain cancer
• Help her navigate to class and stay with her
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records

Requirements

• Valid nursing license with current CPR and First Aid certification
• Prior experience working as a School Nurse or in a similar healthcare setting
• Knowledge of pediatric health conditions and treatments
• Ability to assess and respond to medical emergencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Benefits

none- This is a 1099 contract position. $62-$67 per hour
