We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities
- Monthly donation entry in Bloomerang (most is automated with online contributions but some gifts need to be entered manually)
- Recording transactions in QuickBooks
- Managing bill payment and recordkeeping
- Generating financial reports (governance and grants)
- Complete monthly close
- Complete annual close
- Assist with various other administrative tasks
- Platforms:
- Bloomerang
- QuickBooks
- Google Suite
Requirements
- Experience in bookeeping (a must)
- Experience in nonprofits (a plus)
- Good with numbers
- Excellent communicator
- Detail oriented
- Intuitively organized
- Ability to meet deadlines
- 5 hours per week
- Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
