We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Business Development based in Baltimore, Maryland. As the Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and developing strategic partnerships. This role will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and value propositions.
  6. Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  7. Develop and manage a high-performing business development team.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
