Tax Senior

Hire Resolve's client, a leading Accounting firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated Tax Senior to join their team. Reporting to the Tax Manager, the Tax Senior will be responsible for providing a wide range of tax services to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
• Research and resolve tax issues for clients
• Assist in tax planning and consulting projects
• Review tax provisions and financial statements
• Identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiencies
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Mentor and train junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification is required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax accounting
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

• Salary: $80K/yr - $100K/yr, negotiable. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
