POSITION SUMMARY 

The Sr. Director, CBRNE Sales will have a key role in ensuring the success of the CBRNE Sales team. As the Sr. Director, you will have the responsibility of driving the overall team GP/Revenue number, ensuring growth and profitability. In this position, you will lead and manage the sales efforts of the team, with a focus on expanding our pipeline, driving business development, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Essential Functions Statements

  • Formulate an overall top line CBRNE Sales team strategy each Fiscal Year
  • Oversee the sales teams planning/execution within each of the top accounts
  • Work with team members and vendor relations team to provide the solution sets that the customers need to fill their mission gaps
  • Build pipeline that is consistently 4-5x the annual revenue goals
  • Oversee the team’s profitability on all deals
  • Track the teams performance based on revenue and profitability goals the company has set for each team/individual
  • Work closely with the Training/Service Directors to ensure the sales team is selling total solutions to each customer
  • Ensure the sales team members participate in all vendor/internal trainings to keep them up to speed on all new technology and products Noble has to offer
  • Coordinate FR strategies amongst the various Sales verticals to ensure leadership can leverage key wins/success stories with certain vendors/technology
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Solid understanding of Selling into the Federal Market and the Federal contracting space

  • Customer service focused with the ability to manage difficult customer situations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 8 years strong sales leadership
  • 5+ years experience in the Federal Contracts space
  • Demonstrated experience/history in the hazmat, tactical, CBRNE, EOD space
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

COMPUTER SKILLS 

  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity using CRM and ERP software.

This job operates in a professional office environment, as well as a home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.
