Senior Tax Manager

As a Sr Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area, delivering quality tax services, and increasing the firm's reputation. Duties:

• Coordinates, directs and reviews complex tax and accounting engagements
• Supervises engagement team
• Develop specialized technical proficiency
• Take increased responsibility for effective staff utilization
• Critical Thinking, decision-making and problem solving skills
• Responsible for budgets and realization
• Community engagement and volunteering

Requirements

7+ years of public accounting (tax) experience

Active CPA

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field required (Masters Preferred)

Strong accounting, analytical, technical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Excellent presentation and communication abilities

Willingness to travel locally on a limited basis

Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $110,000 - $155,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
