In this role, you will be responsible for developing and orchestrating creative strategies and initiatives, ensuring that we are always one step ahead in meeting our clients' creative needs. By conducting thorough research on brands, target audiences, and industry trends, you will gain critical insights that inform the execution of creative campaigns.

Here's what you'll do:
Develop and orchestrate creative initiatives — outlining roadmaps for ongoing testing of creative and upcoming new work — ensuring we always know the next creative need on an account.
- Collaborate with paid media managers to analyze creative performance data from various ad platforms — utilizing it to inform the next creative initiatives on the account.
- Provide expert performance insights and hypotheses to a team of designers, copywriters, and/or production specialists.
- Conduct comprehensive business, audience, and industry research to gain deep insights into clients' businesses and needs.
- Conduct necessary creative competitive analyses to assess effectiveness and provide recommendations to inform future work, differentiating our clients from their competitors.
- Work closely with account teams to identify new creative initiatives that drive further opportunities for clients — providing creative insights for themes/messaging, ad platforms, landing pages, and other essential elements.
- Participate in strategic meetings, including status update calls, creative workshops, and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
Requirements
Here is what you have:
- 3+ years of creative industry experience (art or copy) with an understanding of branding, digital development and digital experiences — with at least one of those years dedicated to creative strategy for digital marketing
- Fluent in the language of creativity, possessing an extensive background in the creative industry and adeptness in technical terminology and jargon to communicate seamlessly with creative peers.
- Comprehensive knowledge analyzing and evaluating digital advertising and creative performance to test hypotheses, identify opportunities, and drive iterative improvements.
- Thorough knowledge conducting and analyzing primary research methodologies such as interviews, surveys, and polls to gather valuable client and customer insights.
- Thorough knowledge utilizing high-quality sources of secondary research, including ad libraries and census data, to supplement primary findings.
- Thorough knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including platform advertising and media buying, to develop effective strategies.
- General knowledge handling diverse verticals and niches, encompassing both B2C and B2B lead generation, to cater to a wide range of clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with multiple departments within the organization.
- Strong persuasive abilities to influence prospects, clients, and colleagues to take specific actions in alignment with creative strategies.
- General knowledge of agency client onboarding, understanding the process and requirements to successfully onboard new clients and projects.
- Excellent time management skills and strict adherence to deadlines
- Understanding of how to work with project management systems
