About the Role:
This is a rare chance to run the show for some of our biggest accounts directly, and set the bar higher across the board for our entire paid social practice.

As the go-to Lead Paid Social Strategist, you’ll be directly in charge of $25M+ in client spend and redefining what we do, how we work & what success looks like for us across paid social teams.

You’ll get your hands dirty with top-tier paid social media campaigns, especially focusing on Meta, TikTok & YouTube. Hustling hard & smart to drive insane customer acquisition and ROI. You’re going to build and lead a kick-ass team over time, pushing the envelope on what’s possible in paid social advertising.

About You:
You’re the kind of person who knows how to make paid social campaigns work hard, turning data into decisions that move the needle. You’re all about getting results that you can see and measure, and you’ve got the analytical chops to back it up. You’re not a designer, but you know what works & have a knack for getting them produced.

You’re a natural leader, ready to recruit and coach a team that’s going to take our paid social efforts to new heights. You’re always two steps ahead of the curve, other ad buyers are going to be following what we’re doing, not vice versa.

You’re ambitious, not just looking to meet goals but smash them, driving our paid social strategy forward with confidence, innovation, creativity & rigor.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Own our paid social strategy, especially on Meta, TikTok & YouTube, driving ROI and making sure our campaigns are the ones to beat.
  • Put together a top-tier team, training & guiding them in crafting ads and landing pages that not only look good but perform brilliantly.
  • Keep close tabs on the digital landscape, building relationships with media partners and keeping our strategies sharp and effective.
  • Dive deep into campaign data, tweaking and tuning to keep us ahead of the pack.
  • Watch our budgets like a hawk, making sure every penny is spent wisely to deliver on time and on target.

Requirements:

  • You’ve got at least 5 years of experience making magic happen in paid social, with a strong track record on Meta (lead gen expertise a must)
  • You know how to handle big budgets and bigger expectations, with proven results to show for it.
  • You’re a Doer / coach, able to both do ad management & recruit, train & grow other humans
  • You can spot a winning ad concept from a mile a way, then you get 3 new ideas based off of it
  • Data’s your best friend, and you know where to find it & how to use it to make strategic decisions.
  • Communication’s key, you’re all about building solid relationships inside and outside the agency.
  • Education-wise, your degree doesn’t matter, but tell us how you learned the craft
  • You’ve got the attention to detail and multitasking skills to manage it all without breaking a sweat.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000.

Based on experience, alternative titles for this position may include Marketing Strategist, Senior Marketing Strategist, Paid Media Specialist, Senior Paid Media Specialist, PPC Specialist, Senior Paid Media Specialist, or Paid Media Manager.
