Ripple Effect is looking for a Senior Events Coordinator with at least 7 years of experience to support our client’s mission. This role will work closely with our Communications and Outreach team under general supervision to collaborate with multiple partners in the pre-production, planning, and execution of meetings and events that support the work of Ripple Effect. This individual will support the team and assist with cross-functional tasks within the planning process, with a focus on logistics, audio/video and technical aspects of event support.

- Salary Range: $29.12 - $31.52 per hour (how we pay and promote)
Responsibilities
- Advanced technology support for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
- Creating and managing the production timeline to ensure clients’ needs are met
- Manages technical aspects of all events
- Supports registration and creates post-event reports for the client
- Researches and manages vendors
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- 7 years of relevant experience
Basic Requirements
- Experience supporting and coordinating events
- Experience setting up and running virtual and hybrid events
- In person event experience
- Researching and selecting vendors
- Experience with providing advanced technology support for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events using platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and derive insights from data generated during events.
- Experience with data analytic tools including Google Analytics, Eventbrite, and Cvent

Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree (may substitute as years of experience)
- Self-starter who has managed concurrent events
- Demonstrates creative and innovative ways to plan and execute events
- Taking, writing, and editing meeting notes and summaries
- Experience using Microsoft Planner and/or Excel to create event punch lists and track event tasks
- Experience with providing advanced technology support for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events using platforms including Eventbrite, Cvent, and/or other platforms.
- Experience coordinating attendee travel and reimbursement
